Elaine’s work goes far beyond administration—she is known for her kind spirit, trustworthy character, and willingness to serve wherever needed. Whether managing church communications, maintaining records, or overseeing the church’s finances with integrity, she approaches each task with diligence and a desire to honor the Lord.

Her many years of faithful service reflect her deep commitment to Christ and to the body of believers at Changed By Grace Church.

Steve Hereford is the Pastor-Teacher of Changed By Grace Church in Jacksonville, Florida. With a passion for the expositional preaching of God’s Word, Steve is committed to equipping the saints through verse-by-verse teaching, sound doctrine, and a Christ-centered focus. His ministry emphasizes the sufficiency of Scripture, the power of the gospel, and the transforming grace of God.

Steve has served in pastoral ministry for over 35 years and is the voice behind the Changed By Grace radio and podcast ministry, which reaches listeners with biblical truth throughout the week. His desire is to see lives changed by the grace of God through faithful teaching and shepherding.

He and his family make their home in Jacksonville, where he continues to labor in preaching, discipleship, and the spiritual care of the flock.
